  • Home for the Aged

    Our Home for the Aged has been functioning well with the financial support of the Directorate of Social Welfare. We receive an annual grant of Rs. 2,00,000/- per year from the Directorate of Social Welfare, Govt.of Tamil Nadu.

  • Housing Project

    It is proposed to construct 35 new houses in Sevinipatty village, as the 5,00,000/- bricks are available which were produced by the individual beneficiaries under CASA’s Food For Community Development Scheme,

  • Livelihood supporting

    Under the Livelihood supporting programme of Nedumaram watershed scheme 3 power harvesting machine, costing Rs. 68,000/-, a second hand oil motor costing Rs.15,000/- and three sprinkler machines,


Who We Are

TRUPA was started on 01.02.1979 as an extension department of Swedish Mission Hospital, a century- old Swedish supported medical Institution in Tirupputtur. Though originally started under the aegies of Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church, from the start till today, it is serving the Community as purely a secular and non-profit making organization for the past 30 years.

It's programmes and benefiting community are wide and varied.
